The kitchen is efficient, with dishwasher & microwave, 
as well as pretty, with granite counters and marble floors. 
The formal dining room seats six.




  The main floor offers a full bath.

From the upstairs hallway is a view deck with seating.

The upstairs level offers lovely bamboo floors and oriental carpets throughout.

· 8.9% sales tax not included in above rates. 

· $95 cleaning fee required (for three bedroom). 

· 50% deposit required upon placement of reservation. 
  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 

· Cancellation: Booking deposits are refundable less a $35 handling fee 
  up to 30 days prior to arrival.  Within 30 days of arrival, the booking 
  deposit is nonrefundable, as cancellations within 30 days of arrival date 
  are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

· Deposit and balance payments, can be made by credit card, check, or 
  money order / cash.
