$75 cleaning fee required ($95 for Three Bedroom).

50% deposit required upon placement of reservation. Balance due 30
days prior to arrival.

Cancellation: Booking deposits are refundable less a $35 handling fee up
to 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days of arrival, the booking
deposit is nonrefundable, as cancellations within 30 days of arrival date
are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Deposit and balance payments, can be made by credit card, check, or money
order / cash.
